Similar to a watch, the bracelet can be adjusted from 7.5 inches in extent to 9 inches in length. This mens Medical ID bracelet is made of titanium. My bridegroom wanted this bracelet when he realized his medical condition demanded it. He had tried stainless steel but it seemed to darken with wearing; he also said it was voluminous. This bracelet is so light you can forget you are wearing it; being titanium it will last 'forever'. Our only squawk was the MedAlert symbol on the bracelet does not stand out quite as much as it should. The dead ringer shows the symbol in two colors; the bracelet had only the red.
